How to Get Started?
Call us or Email us today! There
is never any obligation.
We will set up a time for an initial consultation, a required meeting which should be scheduled at least 48 hours prior to service. It is crucial for your pet(s) to get acclimated with their sitter while you're still home. This allows for a smooth transition, less anxiety, and successful bonding. We will explain our services in detail and discuss your pets’ needs, habits, and schedules. You will need to complete some paper work so that we have specific and detailed instructions as to how to take the best possible care of your pets while you’re away. These details help us implement our goal of mimicking, as closely as possible, the routine you follow with your pets when you’re at home. Make a list of questions for us. We will be happy to answer them during the interview or when you call. We will do a walk-through of your home, and will take notes as you show us exactly what you expect us to do, and where everything is located. Please make TWO copies of your house key for us to keep on file. A 50% (for current clients) or 100% (for new clients) deposit is due at the time of booking in order to hold your reservation. Full payment is due on or prior to initial visit.
It's tough to put a price on peace-of-mind: Our published rates
are average service charges.* Your pet's plan will be made to
order and your rates may vary slightly, up or down, from those
listed, depending on the time required to care for your
companions, and the number of visits per day. You will receive a
complete summary of all charges at completion of our
complimentary consultation meeting.
